FISH

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) is a molecular technique based on the use of DNA probes labeled with fluorochromes, which are a diagnostic tool of great usefulness to identify a wide range of chromosomal abnormalities on interphase nuclei. Vitro offers a wide panel of probes for FISH on fresh samples and buffered formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissues both for manual protocols, semiautomatic and 100% automated protocols.
